Catherine Kay
Educated at the Universities of Leeds and Exeter in Psychology, Catherine was involved in academic research and Educational Training for many years. Moving into school teaching and working in a number of schools across the UK, Catherine's last main role was as Deputy Head of a London Independent School and Head of the Sixth Form. Her passion has always been in supporting pupils and their families to make the choices about education that are right for them.

Russ Ives
Having specialised in the West London, independent sector for the majority of his career leading Physics and Science departments, Russ went on to Deputy Headship in Mayfair schools, specialising in coaching, leadership, educational development and the successful delivery of online education.

Educated at Birmingham University and with experience of teaching in Tanzania and a number of top UK prep and senior schools, currently in a leadership position in a prep school, our Prep School Specialist has a wealth of knowledge and experience in preparation for Common Entrance, 11+ and 13+ assessments and general transition from sections in schools.
University
Our UCAS advisor with many years experience. She has a special interest in Oxbridge, Medicine, Dentistry and Veterinary Science applications for university. Her education career has focused on Science Education, with a real interest in Sixth Form life and beyond. She is currently in a Pastoral Leadership role in a highly selective school.
Oxbridge
Our Oxbridge advisor. After graduating from Oxford University, he moved into teaching English within the London Independent sector. He now consults on University applications, specifically Oxbridge and Ivy League, coaches for, and runs mock university interview session and has an excellent record of supporting students to gain places in the top UK universities.
Entrance
Exams
Our 11+ and 13+ specialist, she has worked in both the Primary and Secondary Independent Schools sector, before moving up the ranks to Director of Studies and Assistant Head. Here she specialised in 11+, 13+ and the Common Entrance programmes, developing invaluable relationships with the schools involved and a deep knowledge and understanding of system.
